Mitch and Gails dream was opened late in Season 3. It is actually called the Water Street Restaurant and is located on South Water Street, where most of Capeside is shot. It is next to the Jacobi Wharehouse (H20 Video). The restaurant itself is also very good. Excellent for Seafood Lovers.
